Job summary

Forbes Bros. Group of Companies is seeking a Project Coordinator to connect field execution with documentation, quality records, and project information for Georgia Power work, with initial training on the R-Project in Stapleton, Nebraska.

The role focuses on managing project docs, tracking progress, supporting quality activities, and collaborating with crews and project leaders to resolve coordination issues.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of coordination or site-based support experience.
• Diploma or degree in construction, engineering technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with construction document workflows and field reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and project platforms such as Procore, Viewpoint, SharePoint, or SAP.
• Clear communication with field teams and clients.
• Willingness to travel and work at active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requests for information, submittals, NCRs, and approvals, tracking items to closure.
• Keep crews informed of drawings, design updates, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans, quality binders, and field forms.
• Record installed quantities, field progress, and material usage; monitor procurement schedules.
• Document scope changes and provide field information for cost and schedule reporting.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and toolbox talks; participate in safety discussions.
• Mentor junior coordinators in document management and site reporting.
