Forbes Bros. Group of Companies is seeking a Project Coordinator to connect field execution with documentation and project information across multi-site construction projects.

The role supports Georgia Power work with initial training at the R-Project in Stapleton, Nebraska, including a 3 weeks on/1 week off rotation and on-site Georgia work afterward. You will manage documentation, track progress, support quality activities, and collaborate with crews and project leaders to resolve coordination

Competenze

• Three to five years of coordination or site-based support experience in utility, infrastructure, or industrial construction.
• A diploma or degree in construction, engineering technology, or a related operational field.
• Proficiency in construction document workflows, quality assurance systems, and field reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with project platforms such as Procore, Viewpoint, SharePoint, or SAP.

Mansioni

• Manage project documentation: coordinate requests for information, submittals, non-conformance reports, and material approvals; maintain tracking systems and close items.
• Support field execution: inform crews and site leaders of drawings, design updates, and documentation requirements; participate in field meetings and site walkdowns.
• Support quality activities: prepare Inspection and Test Plans, quality binders, and field forms; check work against drawings and specifications and raise gaps.
• Track progress and materials: record installed quantities, field progress, and material usage; monitor procurement schedules and deliveries.
