Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Support & Transformation professional in the Phoenix area.

This role serves as the first line of support for field operations, processes, and tools, partnering with field leadership and OpEx to drive improvements. You will lead training initiatives, standardize procedures, and coordinate technology adoption across construction teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-years in solid construction field management and coordination.
• Proficiency in Procore and primary field manager technologies and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, and planning process.
• Experience in leading and managing design/build projects.
• Ability to make effective and convincing formal trainings and presentations.
• Resolves project-related issues promptly for a "win-win" solution.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite field support across processes, technology, and tools.
• Collaborate with field leaders to develop content and training for key tools.
• Act as liaison between field staff, management, and external vendors.
• Develop training strategies aligned with annual business goals and OKRs.
• Build relationships with field leaders to address questions and improvement ideas.
• Lead change initiatives and maintain field operation processes and SOPs.
• Research and adopt new construction technologies; evaluate impact and train staff.
