Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Sr. Field Operations Training & Process Improvement lead to elevate construction site performance. You will develop best practices, train teams, and support field managers with tools and technologies to improve consistency and efficiency.

The role collaborates with field leadership, shared services, and external vendors, driving standardization, technology adoption, and data-driven improvements across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-years in solid construction field management and coordination.
• Proficiency in Procore and primary field manager technologies and tools.
• Ability to train, manage and hold staff accountable to meet corporate goals and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support continued development and consistency of field manager responsibilities: provide process, technology, and tool support; train in primary tools and technologies; act as liaison between field staff, management, and external vendors.
• Lead field manager related process improvement and business transformation initiatives: standardization of SOPs, technology adoption, data application, and continuous improvement.
• Research innovative technologies to support construction execution; collaborate with OpEx peers; coordinate with Accounting, IT, Legal, Marketing, HR, and Payroll.
