Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a proactive Field Operations enablement professional in San Diego, CA. You will support field teams, develop training content, and drive adoption of tools and processes across projects.

Responsibilities include aligning initiatives with annual plans, building relationships with field leaders, and leading change management to improve efficiency and reduce risk in construction field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-years in solid construction field management or coordination.
• Proficiency in Procore and primary field manager technologies and tools.
• Ability to train, manage and hold staff accountable to corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Support field teams in processes, technology, and tools used in the field.
• Create content and train on primary tools and technologies for field managers.
• Act as liaison between field staff, management, and vendors to ensure clear communication.
• Translate company goals into measurable objectives and OKRs for field teams.
• Develop relationships with field leaders to facilitate improvements and adoption.
