Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Manager to act as the primary support for field operations technology, processes, and training. The role focuses on developing best practices, improving consistency, and driving adoption of tools across field teams.

You will work with field leadership, operations, and shared services to implement performance standards, train staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Willingness to travel and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in solid construction field management and coordination.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly learn new programs.
• Proficiency in Procore and primary field manager technologies and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, and planning process.
• Experience in leading and managing design/build projects.

Responsibilities

• Support continued development and consistency of field manager responsibilities across processes, technology, and tools.
• Act as liaison between field staff, management, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and effective implementation of initiatives.
• Develop strategy with construction field leaders related to training, tools, and processes and track OKRs.
• Create trusted relationships with field leaders to become a resource for questions, frustrations, and ideas for improvement.
• Lead and manage operational processes for field-related tools (Workforce Planning, Safety, Scheduling, Quality, Site Logistics, etc.).
• Coordinate improvement efforts with OpEx peers and cross-train to reduce barriers between roles.
• Research innovative technologies and tools to support excellence in construction execution.
