Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Field Support Leader to elevate field operations through best practices, training, and technology optimization.

You will be the primary contact for project planning, execution and operations programs, collaborating with field leadership, shared services, and OpEx teams to drive high impact improvements. Responsibilities include developing training content, aligning strategies with annual plans, and coordinating with PM, Precon, and A+E

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-year solid construction field management experience.
• Proficiency in Procore and primary field manager technologies.
• Ability to develop and deliver formal trainings and presentations.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites and offices.
• Experience leading design/build projects.

Responsibilities

• Support continued development and consistency of field manager responsibilities.
• Create content and train on primary tools and technologies.
• Act as liaison between field staff, management and external vendors.
• Develop training strategies aligned with business goals and OKRs.
• Coordinate improvement efforts with OpEx peers across PM, Precon, and A+E teams.
• Research new technologies to support construction execution.
• Lead field-related business operations with Accounting, IT, Legal, Marketing, HR and Payroll.
