You will partner with field leadership, operations teams, and external partners to standardize processes, adopt new tools, and drive continuous improvement across scheduling, safety, and site logistics.
The role requires strong communication, hands-on coaching, and travel to various jobsites and offices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in solid construction field management and coordination.
- Proficiency in Procore and primary field manager technologies and tools.
- Ability to travel to jobsites and offices.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite field process, technology, and tool support.
- Train staff on primary tools and technologies.
- Liaise between field staff, management, and vendors to ensure clear communication.
- Develop training strategy aligned to annual business plans and OKRs.
- Lead standardization and SOP development for field activities.
- Research new construction technologies and drive adoption.
- Lead field-related business operations with cross-functional teams.
