Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Support Specialist to elevate service through best practices, proactive training, and tool optimization across construction projects.

You will serve as the first contact for planning, execution phases, and field operations programs, coordinating with field leadership and OpEx to drive performance and standardization. You will lead change initiatives, standardize SOPs, train staff on new technologies, and apply data-driven insights to improve

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in solid construction field management and coordination.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Proficiency in Procore and primary field manager technologies and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, and planning process.
• Experience in leading design/build projects.
• Ability to deliver effective trainings and presentations.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and ongoing support for field teams in processes, technology and tools.
• Create content and train staff to support primary tools and technologies.
• Act as liaison between field staff, management and external vendors for clear communication and implementation.
• Develop training and development strategy aligned with annual business plans and OKRs.
• Build relationships with field leaders to address questions, frustrations and improvement ideas.
• Lead operational process change for field-related tools focusing on scheduling, safety, quality and site logistics.
