Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to advance field operations through development of best practices, proactive training, and tool optimization.

You will partner with field leadership to standardize processes and deliver measurable improvements across scheduling, safety, and field documentation. The role emphasizes driving adoption of technologies, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in learning and development for construction teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-years in solid construction field management and coordination.
• Proficiency in Procore and primary field manager technologies and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, and planning process.
• Experience in leading and managing design/build projects.
• Ability to deliver effective trainings and presentations.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite field teams in processes, technology, and tools.
• Collaborate with field leaders to create content and train on primary tools and technologies.
• Act as liaison between field staff, management and vendors for clear communication.
• Develop field training strategies aligned with annual business plans and OKRs, and track progress.
• Build relationships with field leaders across divisions to address pains and improvements.
• Lead improvements for tools focusing on Workforce Planning, Safety, Scheduling, Quality, Site Logistics, and Field Documentation.
• Coordinate with OpEx peers on PM, Precon, and A+E teams to cross-train and reduce barriers.
• Research new construction technologies and integrate them into daily operations.
• Provide training and support for staff on new technologies and monitor effectiveness.
• Share performance data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Support field-related operations with Accounting, IT, Legal, Marketing, HR and Payroll.
