Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical/repair of business equipment.
• N+ certification or equivalent.
• Electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with printing from common business applications and graphics programs.
• Windows and Mac OS client/server environments.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass background, security and drug tests.
• Personal vehicle with vehicle maintenance compensation.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM Production, Color production, MFP equipment, and printers (including non-KM printers).
• Install/de-install equipment, configure and troubleshoot networking issues on Windows/Mac OS, load print drivers, and upgrade firmware.
• Travel locally to customer sites daily and manage territory workload with strong communication.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
• Provide sales support as needed by advising on issues and leads.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory for the designated territory.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner.
