Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Systems Specialist to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM production equipment and printers. The role involves daily local travel, installation/de-installation, and troubleshooting networked printing/scanning on Windows and Mac.

You will train customers on basic functions and support sales when needed. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of technical repair experience, N+ or equivalent certification, and

Qualifications

Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required; Technical School training preferred.
2-3 years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
Certified on N+ or equivalent.
Additional IT certifications or training are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform full on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM Production, Color production, MFP equipment and printers.
Travel locally daily to customer sites and manage territory with strong communication and satisfaction.
Install/de-install equipment, configure and troubleshoot networking on Windows/MAC OS; load print drivers and upgrade firmware.
Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory for designated territory and complete weekly timesheets/expense reports.
Provide sales support and advise on problems accounts or service leads.
