Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions seeks a Production Systems Specialist to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM production equipment and related printers. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot networking issues and load drivers for Windows and Mac environments.

The role requires local travel to client sites, occasional out-of-area training, and collaboration with sales and management to address field issues.

Qualifications

Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; Technical School training preferred.
2-3 years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
Certified on N+ or equivalent; additional IT certifications a plus.
Pass background, security and drug test.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; vehicle maintenance compensation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Performs on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM Production, Color production, MFP and printers.
Configures and troubleshoots networking issues on Windows/Mac OS; loads print drivers.
Travels locally to customer sites and occasionally outside local area for training.
Communicates with management on customer or field issues.
Maintains accurate ASL truck inventory for designated territory.
Trains customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
Completes weekly timesheets and expense reports.
Provides sales support as required.
