Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Systems Professional in Ohio to service and repair office equipment, diagnose technical issues, and install hardware at customer sites.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, problem solving, and building strong customer relationships. You will work with hands-on training, travel to customer locations, and contribute to productivity while documenting service visits in Konica Minolta systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience servicing/repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• A+ or N+ Certification preferred and exposure to IT Networks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta products including diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Use and maintain tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within territory, track inventory and update scheduling with customers.
• Develop professional customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate progress in technical abilities, troubleshooting techniques and productivity.
• Log service visits and document updates in Konica Minolta system for each client account.
• Collaborate with Account Management to help resolve customer issues.
