Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical/repair experience with business equipment preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in technical/repair roles.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking issues on Windows and Mac OS.
• Travel locally to customer sites and occasionally travel for training.
• Maintain inventory and complete weekly timesheets and expense reports.
• Provide sales support by advising on service leads.
