Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Systems Expert to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of KM Production and Color production equipment.

You will install, configure networks, load drivers, upgrade firmware, and train customers. The role requires travel to multiple client sites, strong communication, and proficiency with Windows and Mac environments, plus ability to manage inventory and report time/week.

Qualifications

• Electrical/mechanical aptitude required.
• Familiar with printing from business apps and graphics programs.
• Microsoft OS peer-to-peer and MAC OS client/server environments.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM Production and Color production equipment.
• Installations and de-installations, configure and troubleshoot networking on Windows/Mac.
• Load print drivers, clone files, transfer address books, and perform firmware upgrades.
• Travel locally to customer sites and manage territory with strong communication.
• Provide remote technical support via remote access software.
• Train customers on basic printing/scanning functions.
• Maintain accurate territory inventory and submit weekly timesheets and expense reports.
• Provide sales support as required.
