Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada is seeking a Production Systems Specialist to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM production and color printers, as well as non-KM printers. The role requires travel within the local territory, coordination with management, and training customers on printing and scanning functions.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of technical experience, an electrical/mechanical aptitude, and certifications such as N+ or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with technical training preferred.
• 2-3 years of technical/repair experience on business equipment.
• N+ or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance for KM Production, Color production, and MFP equipment.
• Install/de-install equipment, configure and troubleshoot networking (Printing/Scanning) on Windows/MAC OS.
• Travel locally to customer sites daily and manage territory workload while maintaining customer satisfaction.
