Job summary

West Side Tractor Sales in Rockdale, IL is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (Customer Service Advisor) to build strong customer relationships, drive on-site visits, and deliver proactive support for equipment, parts, and service.

In this role you’ll advise customers, identify new aftermarket sales opportunities, provide technical guidance, and work with the Aftermarket Sales & Strategy Manager to grow market share in your territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, service, training in heavy equipment or construction.
• Strong understanding of parts, machinery, and equipment applications.
• Customer-focused with relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willing to travel across the territory and maintain driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships through on-site visits and proactive follow-up.
• Promote OEM and aftermarket parts and services.
• Provide post-sale and technical support and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure equipment performance meets expectations.
• Complete assigned training and stay current on products and industry trends.
