Pentair in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Field Product Advisor to deliver expert technical support, product training, and field education across Sales, Warranty, and Engineering teams.

The role requires 5+ years in technical support or field service in manufacturing, a bachelor's degree, strong communication, and travel up to 20%. You will partner with third-party service providers and support product launches while promoting best practices and customer confidence.

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, product training, or field service within a manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with third-party service providers.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support in partnership with Sales, Warranty, Support, and Regional Technical Supervisors, ensuring timely and accurate field guidance.
• Facilitate product training and live demonstrations at customer locations, distributor branches, regional training events, and trade shows.
• Support product launches by assisting with field validation, warranty readiness, and feedback loops to Product and Engineering teams.
• Build and manage relationships with third party service partners, reinforcing product performance and adhering to Pentair standards.
• Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Training & Education.
• Gather and share actionable insights from the field to improve training content, warranty analysis, and product updates.
