Pentair is seeking a Field Product Advisor to join our Fort Myers, FL team. Deliver expert technical support and training in collaboration with Sales, Warranty, and Training Leadership, with travel up to 50% to customer locations and events.

You will manage technical relationships, support in-field education, and ensure best practices in product knowledge and installation. This role reports to the Regional Technical Supervisor.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical support, product training, or field service in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience managing third-party service providers.
• Willing to travel up to 50% depending on region and events.
• Preferred: background in pool equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades; bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support in partnership with Sales, Warranty, Regional Support Partners, and Training Leadership.
• Facilitate product training and live demonstrations at customer locations, distributor branches, regional training events, and trade shows.
• Support product launches by assisting with field validation, warranty readiness, and feedback loops to Product and Engineering teams.
• Build and manage relationships with third party service partners, reinforcing product performance and adhering to Pentair standards.
• Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Training & Education.
• Gather and share actionable insights from the field to improve training content, warranty analysis, and product updates.
