Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support with Sales, Warranty, and regional teams.
• Facilitate product training and live demonstrations at customer locations and events.
• Support launches with field validation, warranty readiness, and feedback loops.
• Build relationships with third-party service partners and ensure quality.
• Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Management, and Support.
