Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On-site MPS incident resolution for cast members.
• Installation of new or replacement devices including configuration and testing.
• Preparation and staging of new MPS devices with labeling.
• Wiping of old devices where applicable.
• Updating and maintaining documentation.
• Ticket management and closure of assigned SLAs.
• Post-validation support for remote appointments after hardware delivery.
• Lift, carry and transport printer equipment.
