Job summary

TEKsystems in New Haven, CT is seeking an IT Support Technician - Print Services for 100% on-site work. You will coordinate technical support, printer/copier operations, billing, procurement, inventory, and workflow tasks in a large-scale print environment.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting skills, operational excellence, and acting as the main contact for service requests to ensure efficient delivery and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5+ years in IT services, technical or operational support.
• Supervisory, lead, or team coordinating experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting Ricoh and/or Kyocera printers.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for print services support requests.
• Triage calls, emails, and service tickets; resolve or escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot and support Ricoh and Kyocera printers and copiers; manage PaperCut queues.
• Coordinate and manage support workflows to ensure timely service delivery.
• Oversee billing activities: invoices, payments, reconciliations; support procurement and inventory tasks.
• Lead operational activities during leadership absences and drive process improvements.
