Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of printers (laser, wide format) and computer hardware/software.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on-site.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
• Repair/install/remove printers, POS, laptops, desktops, servers, and network gear.
• Perform preventive maintenance for optimal equipment performance.
• Provide professional technical support to customers on-site and by phone.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure quality/operational standards.
