Job summary

F3 Technologies is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support POS systems for restaurant partners across the region. This is a travel-heavy role with on-the-road assignments and hands-on training provided.

No prior POS experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. You will install and maintain hardware and software at partner locations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver remote and on-site support while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior POS or technical experience required; training provided.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel frequently, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install POS hardware and software at partner locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently.
• Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to ensure minimal downtime.
• Document all service work and resolution steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach at every interaction.
