Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support POS systems for restaurant partners across the region. This role involves heavy travel, on-site installations, and hands-on problem solving.

No prior POS experience is required; we provide paid training. You will train staff, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with partners to ensure smooth deployments while earning a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• No prior POS or technical experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including nights and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM; flexible for weekend/overnight work.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently.
• Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality and best practices.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to ensure minimal downtime.
• Document all service work, including job details, equipment used, and resolution steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach at every interaction.
