Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support POS systems for restaurant partners across your region. Training is provided to set you up for success from day one.

Expect heavy travel, on-the-road work, and nights/weekends with overtime opportunities. You will troubleshoot issues, train staff, and document all service work while maintaining a professional, customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• No prior POS or technical experience required; paid training provided.
• Willing to travel frequently, including nights and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently.
• Train restaurant staff on POS functionality and best practices.
• Provide remote and on-site support to minimize downtime.
• Document service work with details and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in all interactions.
