Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support POS systems for restaurant partners across the region. This is a travel‑heavy role with open availability and paid training to set you up for success.

No prior POS or technical experience is required. You will gain hands‑on experience while working independently, with a focus on clear communication and top‑notch customer service on every site visit.

Qualifications

• No prior POS or technical experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently
• Provide hands‑on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality
• Deliver remote and on‑site technical support to minimize downtime
• Document all service work, equipment used, and resolution steps
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure project delivery
• Maintain a professional, customer‑first approach in every interaction
