Job summary

F3 Technologies is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install and support POS systems for restaurant partners across the United States. This role involves extensive travel, on-site deployments, and hands-on problem solving. Training is provided from day one.

You will train staff, troubleshoot network and hardware issues, and document work orders while collaborating with internal teams. The position values independence, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• No prior POS experience required; training provided.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel nationwide, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently
• Provide hands‑on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality
• Deliver remote and on‑site technical support to minimize downtime
• Document all service work and resolution steps
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure project delivery
• Maintain a professional, customer‑first approach
