Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support POS systems for restaurant partners across the region. Training is provided, no prior POS experience is required, and you will travel extensively to partner locations.

The position involves wiring POS setups, troubleshooting network issues, and training staff on POS functionality. A strong focus on communication and independence will help you succeed in this on-site, travel-heavy role.

Qualifications

• No prior POS experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Must be 21+; available Mon–Fri 5:00 AM–7:00 PM, with weekend/overnight flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently.
• Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS usage.
• Deliver remote and on-site tech support to minimize downtime.
• Document all service work, equipment used, and resolution steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in every interaction.
