Job summary

F3 Technologies is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support POS systems for restaurant partners across the region. You will travel extensively, with paid training provided to get you started and to ensure success from day one.

Open travel required, including nights and weekends. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, train restaurant staff, and document all service work for timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• No prior technical or POS experience required; training provided.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Willing to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently
• Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to minimize downtime
• Document service work with details and resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for project delivery
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach
