SpotOn is hiring an Installation Specialist to prepare restaurant sites for POS deployments, performing virtual surveys, on-site installs, and staff training. You will troubleshoot complex networks, mentor junior team members, and travel to client sites to ensure successful installations.

Applicants should have 2-3 years in restaurant tech support, with fintech/SaaS experience preferred, and strong English language skills; Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of restaurant and/or technical support experience.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct virtual site surveys and assess wiring, networking, and internet readiness.
• Install and configure POS hardware and provide on-site staff training.
• Lead project follow-ups, document outcomes, and mentor junior specialists.
• Travel regularly to client sites to ensure installation success.
