Job summary

SpotOn is hiring an Installation Specialist to ensure restaurant sites are ready for POS installations. You will conduct virtual site surveys, verify wiring and network readiness, and install POS hardware across sites.

Travel to client locations is required and you will train staff and support go-live success. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in restaurant tech or IT support, strong networking knowledge, and proven customer-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Spanish proficiency required for bilingual support.
• At least 2–3 years in restaurant tech or similar support roles.
• Experience with POS hardware and software deployments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–75% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual site surveys and readiness checks.
• Install and configure POS hardware across sites.
• Deliver on-site staff training and live support.
• Assist with menu/system updates and reporting configuration.
• Travel regularly to client sites and mentor junior staff.
