Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Sales Professional to execute brand strategy and drive territory performance in the Seattle area. You will manage targeted accounts, build relationships with providers, and address patient needs while complying with all regulations and AbbVie’s code of conduct.

The role requires strong leadership, presentation skills, and five years in pharma or related fields, including three years in sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in health/ pharma or business field.
• Five+ years total experience with at least three years in pharma/health/science preferred; HS diploma also acceptable.
• Proven leadership, presentation skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
• Adapts selling approach to customer style in a matrix environment.
• HCIR credentialing and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and targets.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage and access.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition to health providers.
