Ecolab is hiring for a Pest Elimination role in Cleveland, OH. You will participate in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques while building relationships with commercial customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain pest certification and/or business licensing per state/local law.
• Background check will be conducted for offers.
• Drug test including THC required for offers.
• Immigration sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques through a 5-week paid training program.
• Establish effective relationships with commercial customers in hospitality and foodservice.
• Partner with customers on best practices to identify and solve pest elimination needs.
• Maintain expertise in Ecolab’s products and services to enhance service and sales.
• Document issues using handheld equipment and provide timely, high-quality service under supervision.
