Job summary

Ecolab's Pest Elimination team is seeking motivated individuals for a field-based role that protects public health, food safety and property. You’ll participate in a 5-week paid training program, establish relationships with commercial customers, and help identify pest solutions that fit customer needs.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, overnight shifts, and the ability to pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of work or military experience required.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Available to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain pest certification and/or business licensing as required by state/local law.
• Background check and drug test may be required for offers.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques during a 5-week paid training program.
• Establish effective working relationships with commercial customers, including hospitality and foodservice sectors.
• Identify and solve pest elimination needs in partnership with customers.
• Maintain expertise in Ecolab’s product and service offerings; document issues with handheld equipment.
• Deliver timely, cost-effective, high-quality service under supervision; travel for training as needed.
