Job summary

Ecolab in Needham, MA is seeking a Pest Control Technician Trainee to join our team. You’ll be at the forefront of protecting public health and commercial businesses by delivering science-based pest elimination solutions while you train.

Our 5-week paid training program builds skills in pest detection, elimination, and prevention. You’ll work with hospitality and foodservice customers, maintain product knowledge, and pursue licensing as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of work or military experience is preferred.
• Current and valid driver's license with no restrictions is required.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and be on call as needed.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain pest certification and/or business licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques during training.
• Establish relationships with commercial customers in hospitality and foodservice.
• Document pest issues using handheld equipment and maintain service records.
• Deliver high-quality service under supervision and support licensing requirements.
