Ecolab in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Pest Control Technician Trainee to join our team and protect public health and property through science-based pest solutions. You’ll start with a 5-week paid training program, gain licensing credentials, and grow toward a career in service, sales, or management while serving commercial customers in hospitality and foodservice.

You’ll work Monday–Friday (4am–noon) on a bread route, with training in MN; a real opportunity to develop hands-on skills and advance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Current and valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Obtain pest certification and/or business licensing as required by state/local law.
• Background check will be conducted for all candidates receiving an offer.
• Drug test including THC required for all candidates receiving an offer.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques.
• Establish relationships with commercial customers in hospitality and foodservice.
• Partner with customers to identify and solve pest elimination needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Ecolab’s products and services to enhance service and sales.
• Use handheld equipment to document structural, sanitation, and pest issues.
• Deliver timely, cost-effective, high-quality service under supervision.
• Obtain required pest control licensing and/or business licensing as mandated.
