Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group is seeking a Field Performance Manager, On-Premise in Chicago to drive commercial results across a field unit of 5–10 channel developers for a diverse spirit brands portfolio.

You will report to the Director, Field Marketing, manage performance, coaching, and budget, and travel within the territory to support discretionary wins and team development while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• College degree (4-year) required, focus on Communications, Marketing or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of bev-alc industry experience.
• 2–3 years people management experience preferred.
• Distributor or broker experience is a plus.
• Proven strong customer relationship experience.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
• Deep understanding of market trends and competition activity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Legal and Compliance Accountability: enforce and monitor marketing guidelines with reports.
• Staff Management: hire, onboard, coach, and develop local Developer team.
• Commercial and Performance Strategy: plan, track, and drive opportunities using performance data.
• Network Relationships: regular communication with client/distributor network.
• Budget Management: manage financial responsibilities for local unit.
• Agency Engagement: lead initiatives including training, POS management, programming, insights, reporting.
• Cultivate Opportunities: act as local market expert to leverage resources.
• Travel and Work Withs: travel within territory to support direct reports.
• Drive local team culture: celebrate successes and support agency/client collaboration.
