Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must communicate technical issues clearly to clients.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as documented.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Ensure asset and inventory control with timely turnaround of parts.
• Understand safety policies and work within them.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
