Job summary

Worldwide TechServices seeks a PC Support Technician to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. You will interact with clients to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery across client sites.

The role requires technical certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience, ability to drive to locations, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or equivalent with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• OEM certifications must be maintained as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant hardware and software used in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the SLA for each client.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call as documented.
• Report real-time activity of all calls timely and accurately.
• Follow established policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Control assets/inventory with prompt turnaround of parts as required.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines daily.
• Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
