This customer-facing role involves hardware setup, repair, and on-site service for PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS and workstations; printer knowledge is a big plus.

You will join a fast-paced team, handle multiple service events, and work with client management to ensure timely, high-quality resolutions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; hardware training is a plus.
• Experience with hardware repair and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to learn new technologies and support customers onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site PC/Printer field service and repair.
• Configure hardware, software and basic network components as needed.
• Interact with customer management to deliver timely, quality service.
