Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a PC Support technician to assist clients by diagnosing and repairing desktops and laptops in the field. The role involves direct interaction with customers, driving to client sites, and delivering timely solutions under SLAs.

The ideal candidate has technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience, with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and OEM certifications are available.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Answer client questions in a professional manner.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in policies.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented in policies.
• Follow policies, guidelines, and documents relating to service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client service agreements.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and follow them daily.
• Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
