Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a full-time PC/Printer Field Technician in Newport News, VA. This on-site role involves consumer and commercial hardware support for laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations, with printer knowledge a big plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus hardware training; college preferred.
• Availability for overtime and non-traditional shifts.
• Onsite customer facing experience required.
• Hardware repair experience and technical/mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to learn new technology and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Configure hardware and software, install and repair PC/Printer hardware.
• Respond to on-site service events and manage escalations as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily tasks and pressures.
