Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support specialist to troubleshoot desktops and laptops and provide customer service to clients. You will interact directly with clients, address issues, and deliver timely solutions on designated equipment.

The role requires on-site visits to client locations, adherence to SLAs, and maintenance of OEM certifications. Previous customer service experience is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in PC support.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Answer client questions in a professional manner.
• Accept and deliver service calls within SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time call reporting.
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Ensure asset and inventory control per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to safety policies; other duties as assigned.
