Job summary

Charlie Health seeks an Outreach Sales role in Lexington, KY to build relationships with clinical partners and provide access to mental health programs. You will travel locally 4–5 days per week, meeting patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and remove barriers to treatment.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to drive GTM efforts and represent Charlie Health with energy and integrity.

Qualifications

1–4 years proven sales experience, owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
Must be based in the Lexington, KY area.
Fluent in English.
Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week for meetings with referral partners.
Experience working with healthcare organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships.
Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels.
Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
Synthesize market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
Work closely with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
