Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional based in West Madison, WI, to build relationships with clinical partners and help thousands access mental health programs. You will champion Charlie Health and empower patients, parents, and providers to access our programs from the community they trust.

You’ll travel locally 4-5 days/week, energize senior partners, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to hit GTM goals.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience; owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Based in West Madison, WI.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Willing to travel locally 4–5 days/week (within ~1 hour).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
