Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional in Lexington, KY to drive GTM initiatives, build partnerships with clinical and referral partners, and travel 4-5 days weekly to advance community access to behavioral health care.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to meet GTM goals, while leveraging strong communication and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Based in Lexington, KY area and able to travel 4–5 days/week
• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Travel locally 4-5 days/week to meet with patients, parents, and providers
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals
