Job summary

Charlie Health in the United States is seeking an Outreach role based in Jacksonville to build relationships with clinical partners and expand access to our mental health programs. You’ll travel locally 4–5 days per week to meet patients, parents, and providers and identify community needs.

You’ll own KPIs, energize referral sources, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to advance GTM goals.

Qualifications

1–4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership is a plus.
Must be fluent in English and based in Jacksonville, FL.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills with consultative selling style.
Experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
Go in the field 4–5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers.
Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
Deepen penetration across existing partnerships.
Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals.
