Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, customer service or field marketing in hospitality preferred.
• Proven lead generation and closing direct sales.
• Willingness to travel between event locations.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Identify high potential prospects and convert leads into package sales.
• Engage event foot traffic and on-site visitors to expand the pipeline.
• Use tablet-based booking software to input data and process payments.
• Collaborate with On Site Event Team Leaders to support objectives.
• Build rapport and document customer preferences quickly and accurately.
